If you are a nurse, doctor, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional
If you have completed healthcare training outside of the U.S.
If you are a U.S. resident with the legal right to work
If your English language skills are assessed at level 3 or higher
If you answered “yes” to all of the above, you may qualify for the full program, including instruction and counseling services. If you do not meet all the requirements you still may qualify to take a course. Please contact us to learn more.
How It Works

The Healthcare Careers Program is designed to help you work again as a healthcare professional. HCP students and graduates have found jobs at acute care hospitals and home health agencies.
The program offers:
One-on-one support customized to meet each student’s needs
Personalized assistance to help students navigate the path to professional licensing
Healthcare workplace communication and culture classes in English
Pronunciation for Healthcare Professional classes in English
Preparation for the NCLEX-RN, the Registered Nurse licensing exam, in English
Job search support: including help writing a resume, preparing for an interview and networking
Customized training for healthcare corporations with employees who need to improve their English skills
Professional Practicum opportunities
Placement in transitional and professional healthcare positions
